Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is made, we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange on custom/made to order items, as our team instantly begin to source supplies for your order. This includes custom details such as colours, sizing and styles. Therefore we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on our products as they are all custom bespoke handcrafted items.. Please contact us prior to placing an order to clearly ensure that you are ordering an item exactly as you wish. All our products are made upon order. This is to ensure quality and uniques of all our items.

Damage/ Missing items?

Please check your order carefully and contact us within 24 hours if there are any damages or missing items. After the time frame stated we cannot take any responsibility for damages in transit or missing items. We will work with you to fix any issues you may have, however as ALL our items bespoke custom, handcrafted items we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Can I get a discount for large orders?

Please contact us if you have a large order. We are happy to work with our customers for wholesale prices.

Can I Purchase multiple cakestand to create a multiple tier cake?

Of course! Please contact us and we will give a special discount!

I have a gift card, does it have a time limit?

No time limits in our workshop! Gift cards carry unlimited time frame so don’t panic! Our founder believes our customers should have all the control. Save the gift cards for a special moment to celebrate a happy occasion.

Are there any additional charges for Deliveries?

There are NO Delivery fees! Our founder is passionate about this. All our products are unique and bespoke. We believe ordering from Dimantes by Rox gives a sense of occasion and a magical feeling so we cover the delivery fee!
