Once an order is made, we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange on custom/made to order items, as our team instantly begin to source supplies for your order. This includes custom details such as colours, sizing and styles. Therefore we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on our products. Please contact us prior to placing an order to clearly ensure that you are ordering an item exactly as you wish. All our products are made upon order. This is to ensure quality and uniques of all our items.
As each product is handmade please allow UPTO 2 WEEKS for product to arrive.
The colours shown on screen may not 100% accurately reflect the colours of our fabrics, we use high quality images but there may be variation. If you wish to purchase colour samples before purchasing,
please let us know as we do not exchange for the colour difference on made to order items.
The items which have a floral arrangement. Please be advised that the colour will be similar but the flower may vary. As every product is carefully handcrafted the flowers themselves may be slightly different in shape and size.

All sizes are approximate, Please allow 0.5 to 1.5cm difference as they are hand made. Our item sizes are measured, made and sold in centimetres. for your convenience but they are only approximately so please check the size before purchase.
